People seem to be writing off Campbell here. He's a good fighter.

If it goes the distance, Linares 8-4 but, I've got a feeling Campbell is going to stop him late on.

Campbell by TKO in the 10th or 11th.

Just think Linares will be too slick

In my opinion I've seen nothing of Campbell to suggest he can beat Linares

Linares late stoppage. I really like both lads, could be a really good matchup. If Luke can do it, it will be right up there with the best away world title wins by a British fighter IMO.

He's be Ring Magazine number 1 ranked at lightweight and mandatory to Mikey Garcia.

Campbell certainly can win. Linares past few fights have flattered him. Went life and death Vs a semi-retired Kevin Mitchell and fought a double header with a fantastic Pro in Crolla but it truth he didn't have the skills or the power to trouble Linares.

Campbell does - and I believe he will :box:

Not sure if Campbell possesses that power either. Could be a nice technical fight. But Linares is the flashier 1

Campbell or Linares?
I meant Campbell. I sort of meant his height. I'm not really sure it's a great comparison

I'm surprised people are saying Campbell lacks the power. Yeah, he's not a one punch KO artist like GGG but he packs enough of a punch to have a near 80% KO ratio. Look at the Lopez KO, that was a fantastic uppercut.

Campbell has technique, not power, that stops people. His body shots are very, very, good.

Doesn't look like there is much interest in LA for the fight, ringside front row tickets still available for $131 and loads of cheaper tickets still for sale.
Should have had this fight in the UK.

Yeh, I think GBP wanted to build Linares on HBO. His last fight aired during the afternoon.

That was on awe. After all the penny punching when arum left HBO had extra budget to use and not a lot of fighters to put on. They bid 1.6 million on Joshua/pulev!

I think he has a good chance. People are writing him off too easily. I have put a medium bet on.
Yeah people underestimate him.

Linares a rightful favourite but I wont be remotely surprised if Campbell does him. Jorge just aint too sturdy, and beating ant crolla doesnt change that.

It was a balmy 18C in Hull today.

Looking at that L.A. arena I still don't understand why this fight wasn't made that way :maybe:

That knockdown was the difference between a split decision win for Linares and a split decision draw
