Sheffield is right up there. Naz, Kell, Nelson, Silky all held a big four title. How many have Manchester and Liverpool had? And you can't count Fury or Hatton as neither are from there or lived there.

Manchester:
Anthony Crolla
Terry Flanagan
Tyson Fury
Greater Manchester:
Ricky Hatton
Scott Quigg
Other:
Carl Thompson (IBO)
Probably missed some old lads I've never heard of.

Err... McGugian era!

Belfast is a massive boxing city, you had Hughie Russell boxing Davy Larmour and it selling out the Kings Hall in 1982 for the British bantamweight title. And of course, Rinty Monghagan, Johnny Caldwell and Billy 'Spider' Kelly, definitely top three with London, Manchester and either Glasgow or Belfast taking third spot.

Doncaster is as close to Sheffield as Bolton to Manchester. Witter can go for Leeds as well.

What is the most prestigious title in world boxing? Gotta be the green belt, you may not agree but it is to me. I think you are right though WBA was the first belt in boxing

The winner of the cruiser tournament has no right to call himself the best until he beats Boomer.
