How can one be ranked who has retired, not once but twice, not fought in 2 years and has no intention of? Why isnt Barry McQuigan in that list? How long does one survive a creditable list (this is not one) by not boxing because he has retired? You might as well stick Ricky Hatton back in there too on that premise.
