No, he did not get tested at all till the suspension of his lab was over, that's why he couldn't fight Stiverne around may/june.
If the WBC still has him suspended, then that just shows how corrupt the whole world around Wilder actually is.
Marijuana is considered a performance enhancing drug and several people have been banned for using it.

His car was full of drugs, just like Wach, and he has been busted with it by the police, Wilder had hundreds of milions of times as much drugs in his car, as Povetkin had in Meldonium in his body. In fact, the amount of Meldonium Povetkin had in his body, would have been perfectly allowed in current Wada standards.
