David Price is awful.
ah ok never heard that beforeclopixolacuphase wrote: ↑18 Nov 2017, 10:52One of them knocked the other down I seem to remember. I think it was Tyson that had Price over.
Fury arguably ducked him when they were both unbeaten prospects at a a similar level and the fight was red hot. It'll obviously be of zero interest to Americans and newer boxing fans but for those of us who remember when this fight was first mooted there will definitely be some freak show intrigue, especially as both are washed up. Could even actually make for a decent fight.
Fury's not washed up, just fat. He never lost.clopixolacuphase wrote: ↑18 Nov 2017, 11:02Fury arguably ducked him when they were both unbeaten prospects at a a similar level and the fight was red hot. It'll have to a have a strong undercard, that's for sure.

Fury dropped price but lost a decisionclopixolacuphase wrote: ↑18 Nov 2017, 10:52One of them knocked the other down I seem to remember. I think it was Tyson that had Price over.
If he wants to fight Joshua or Wilder, he needs an easier comeback first. Briggs or Price would be great.Syntax Error wrote: ↑17 Nov 2017, 15:04 Fury's all over the place.
One minute he's haranguing & calling out Deontay Wilder & Anthony Joshua, now he's barrel scraping with the likes of Shannon Briggs & David Price!![]()

He needs to sort his head out.
Briggs is far too easy. Larry Holmes, as is, would clown Briggs.BitPlayer wrote: ↑18 Nov 2017, 16:48If he wants to fight Joshua or Wilder, he needs an easier comeback first. Briggs or Price would be great.Syntax Error wrote: ↑17 Nov 2017, 15:04 Fury's all over the place.

ya mate think of all those top fighters briggs has stopped early within the last 10 years. its not like he got totally clowned by someone like sultan ibragimov. and i mean not like in his last meaningul fight 8 years ago he was pummeled into the hospital. surely hed be better at 47 than 40 too.candyslim wrote: ↑19 Nov 2017, 07:54 I'm not sure about Briggs being an easy option. Sure if you're still upright after three rounds you should beat Briggs, but he's very dangerous for the first few rounds. I can think of less risky options, there again even the new family-size Tyson should be sufficiently elusive to make those opening few rounds less dangerous than they would be for many potential Briggs opponents.
Yep. Briggs is more suited to fighting someone like Tomasz Adamek or something. Adamek would beat him too.SaadOffTheDeck wrote: ↑19 Nov 2017, 08:01

Briggs is so far past it. If fury is in shape he walks to a decision vs Briggs imocandyslim wrote: ↑19 Nov 2017, 07:54 I'm not sure about Briggs being an easy option. I can easily appreciate your opinion on this matter and I almost agree with it, since you haven't said anything unreasonable, but...candyslim wrote: ↑19 Nov 2017, 07:54 I'm not sure about Briggs being an easy option.
