charr, ustinov, arreola, kauffman, wawrzyk, rudenko, zhang zhilei, lenroy thomas etc

fury was much better than a guy like whyte but if he came back next year id think it would be best to have a run out vs someone at a lower level who isnt going to be much of a threat even if hes sloppy, off his game, and getting caught.

I agree. He's had 2 years out, he needs someone who is low risk to shake off the rust. Have Charr or Adamek for his first fight. Save Price for his 2nd return fight.

Charr, Price, Whyte, and one of Parker, Pulev or Bellew (I put those 3 on pretty much the same level. Top 10 fighters but a step behind the main 3 of AJ, Povetkin and Wilder)
next year and then Joshua in early part of 2019 would be my choice if I was picking his career.

I don't think he should aim that low IMO. He smashed Chisora at 19 stone & Joey Abell at 20. If he gets down to near 19 I think he can fight someone half decent

hasnt been out nearly this long before and i presume not after having lived this hard or needing to take off somuch weight. fighters are often not sharp just due to a little ring rust but hes got a lot more going on and if i were on his team would just want to test things out first.

he did have some shaky moments in his earlier sloppier fights and id be worried about those returning. i really like the adamek idea because thats about as big of a name as youll get for as little threat imo

I agree,Tyson being off for 2 years plus, overweight and rusty and Pricey with the big right hand and in the last chance saloon, makes sense to me,would anyone say it's a big mismatch ?

Love Pricey to get a shot.

Be a good comeback fight for Tyson.

Everyone’s a winner, as long as someone doesn’t think it’s PPV worthy and whacks it on box office.

Be a cracking BT sport Saturday night with a few 50/50 domestic scraps on undercard as per usual with the BT cards.

It'd be Price's last chance for a payday. He's been beaten by too many mid-level fighters to be a target for the elite and his power makes him too much of a risk for a prospect but he seems like a good bloke so I'd like to see him get the opportunity.

Price for me. Fury ducked him, it has history and would sell tickets. I'd go.

Tyson comes in overweight, Price runs out of gas by the 5th round. They both get disqualified for excessive clinching.

Part of me wants to see it due to the history, Fury deciding to “go in another direction” when they were supposed to fight etc

But, the other part of me wants to see Price actually win a fight against any decent heavyweight before it happens. He doesn’t deserve to fight Fury as it stands.

I think Whyte should get gig. Fury would play with him even after the layoff. That would make the Fury vs Joshua fight even bigger. ( they would say the man who rocked Joshua got made to look silly by Fury)

Fury and Chambers, weirdly, all over this Joshua ‘superior black race’ stuff he’s been saying.

Imagine if it was alleged that Fury had been talking about the superior white race...
