Does Josh Kelly lack a bit of power? Fantastic talent and a pleasure to watch but when it comes to elite level it might not be enough to keep people off.

Conor Benn knocked down twice but out-points Cedrick Peynaud

The son of fans' favourite Nigel was floored twice in the first round, but fired back in an unbelievable York Hall battle, knocking the Frenchman down twice in the final two rounds.
Benn, whose left eye was cut and his right eye badly swollen by the end, showed his heart and guts to get the decision 57-54, and move to 11-0-KO8.

id say a realty check. hes always stll been very flawed. he was just put in wth total crap to be made out as if he were a beast and gettng a lot better. his best prevous opponent untl the frenchman was stll that 2-4 guy at the start. the others were sure fallovers.

Did Bellend say a 12 round fight is a war of malnutrition ?
what a cockend.

He did! I just had a look on Twitter too to see if anyone else heard it, or I misheard, but no.ShadrachSimmo wrote: ↑13 Dec 2017, 18:25 Did Bellend say a 12 round fight is a war of malnutrition ?

He said it here, and apparently for Whyte-Chisora too!

Martin Joseph Ward is now a three-title champion after a stoppage win in London.
The super-featherweight, who won the British title outright earlier this year and also holds the Commonwealth crown, claimed the vacant European belt at London’s famous York Hall venue.

Ward came up against Spain’s Juli Giner, the former titlist, and knocked him down twice in the sixth round of their 12-round battle.
An end was called midway through the sixth after referee Massimo Barrovecchio had seen enough.
“It caps off the best year I’ve had as a professional. I’m blessed and I’ve now got to pinch myself to make sure that it’s real,” Ward, 26, told Sky Sports afterwards.
“I knew when I hit him in the round that it finished in that it was over. I’m over the moon and I stuck to my shape and the game plan to get the win against a guy who went eight rounds against Miguel Roman.
“I’m willing to move on now and fight anybody, but I’ll leave it to my team and I’m waiting to get into the mix in a big way.”
His promoter Eddie Hearn revealed earlier this week that he would like to make Ward versus Stephen Smith, the previous mandatory challenger to the European title, for all three titles in 2018, providing Smith’s ear heals after his horrific injury suffered against Francisco Vargas at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas last weekend.
And though Ward says he is ready to move up the ladder, it is expected that he will have at least one defence of the belt and it could well come against the Liverpudlian.

He's still really young. Slow progression. By time he can easily fight 20 more times before he's 25.. he'll have reached about 30+ then thats enough exp to fight for the British title and work up from there. Let's not forget he went straight into a pro career.

Taylor being dragged into McCaskill's fight. She needs to stick to her boxing as she's the far more skilled fighter.

Ref HF has the Union Flag on his shirt - hate that in an international fight
