sure, deontay, just manage your career
as you did up to now and that won't be
a thing.

regarding you breaking all the records,
all your abilities and so on, maybe you
step up two notches, fight world class
opposition before you talk about that
again.

what a joke.

check out both men's record here on
boxrec and compare the stars their
fights got, which indicates the quality
of opposition.

and out goes your argument.

This sounded like a completely ridiculous statement until I checked his record and realised he's already 39-0. I thought he was about 33-0. I don't think he beats Joshua or Fury personally though and as he seems as though he genuinely wants to fight them, I think he'll take a loss (by KO) before he gets to 50.

Truth be told, Floyd's record isn't even valid. Many boxers went past it, and kept on fighting. His farce of a match vs the mma guy, forget his name, didn't even count unless you hug Floyds nuts to no end.

Just an example, Gene Tunney with one loss to Harry Greb, and avenging that loss at least 3 times is much more impressive, ending at 79-1. That is just one example. I could list at least 10 other records more impressive than Floyd's. Bringing up Wilder's name in the same thread as the former great boxers is a disgrace.

These points have some validity. But they don't fully support the troll poster IronFrost's original troll claim that Vitali fought bums. Vitali's last 15 opponents were all 3-star or better, not bums. Although, some of those opponents were not exactly worth writing home about.

Floyd fought for a wbc world title in his 18th fight, Wilder fought a dude who had lost 11 fights in his.

Wilder won't make 51-0.... He's dreaming.

If he wanted to get there he would have had to pad his first 40 fights up like Marciano did and not win a title until he had 43 fights... Then he could pad up his first 8 or 9 Title Defenses and break the record...

As it is, he'll be faced with AJ before he get close to 51 fights... Joshua is a very good boxer and DW is getting knocked cold when he takes that fight... Ortiz is going to be 39 years old... If he were 37 he would stretch Wilder out like a bear rug... It's still an extremely risky fight - because Ortiz is a very good boxer and puncher though he's slowed down a bit like Povetkin.

Deontay hasn't fought a good boxer yet.... Remember Foreman??? .... He never met a good boxer for 40 fights either.

Such a sad state for the WBC Heavyweight champion to have a 39-0 padded record. Clearly advert ducking Joshua in my opinion asking for a 50:50 split just proves that Wilder just want's to pad his record and leave Boxing without legitimate fights. The only positive is that his fight's are entertaining, well let's see what the first live opponent in Luis Ortiz offers us in March, but making outlandish statements from himself or his team only alienate more boxing fans away from him.
