FW said it a while ago and now Jack Bateson is on, when he's boxed at the end of April, he'll do another 1,000. New promotion vid out soon, too, with lufc fans running up and down the street carrying objects!

22k gone so far according to Warren. He said he was hoping for 25k but that seems quite a few to sell on top in the last couple of days but I guess walk up crowd would do that if the weather is decent.

Did have to laugh at Selby in his IFL interview, when Kugan was setting the scene he said something about the ring being in the middle of the pitch and from memory I think Selby's reply was "well I don't think its gonna be on the centre anymore ticket sales didn't go as well as expected" I'm not knocking the amount of tickets sold for the record its a brilliant amount they've sold, just made me laugh.

The undercard is shocking and boxing news should give it 1 out of 5 in the report. 25k is a decent amount for the fight.

Wonder how many tickets went on sale. The prices were decent too.

There have been a lot of competitions to win tickets for this card, suggests to me that there is a substantial lack of interest in buying tickets.

22k is hardly lack of interest.

Would you agree it should really be sold out by now, no?

No. Leeds never sell out at home.

22k is a decent number but I expected a little more considering how early sales were going. Frank was talking about 35k during the first week of it going on sale.

I thought adding the Kaiser Chiefs was a master stroke but hasn’t increased ticket sales as much as I thought it would.

It’s still his best show, attendance wise, since Haye v Chisora and arguably his biggest card since BJS v Eubank Jr. Just a pity about the undercard....

Surely it would sell more if it had a better undercard. But no doubt the money probably wasn't there to make such happen.

Should be a good fight and hopefully some bitter northerners will be crying into their John Smith's when Selby wins

Not everyone in Yorkshire will be supporting him. Half hate Leeds with a passion. He’s alienating just about every football casual out there!
