I doubt too many people are aware that Joshua or Golovkin are holders of the IBO titles. Only dyed in the wool fans know any of these Title orgs from one another, and those fans know that the IBO title is already the 5th most important "World Title" in a sport that already has too many World Titles to begin with.

Indeed, but how many of them paid for it because Eubank was IBO Champion? I'll bet that fact caused a grand total of zero people to have any extra interest in the bout than they would've had anyway.
