Chaps, neither one is known over here. Trust me, I interact with a lot of people & boxing isn't popular & people don't know who Fury & Joshua are.

At a guess I would say that 0.00001% of Americans have heard of Fury while 0.00002% have heard of Joshua as his fights are live on Showtime on a Saturday afternoon.

But neither one could sell a fight here at present.

Have it at Wembley, have it in a pub car park, pay them £20, pay them £20m. Couldn't give one, just make it happen.

Eddie said gate receipts are roughly the same for T-Mobile and Wembley. Maybe he was looking at a real super fight like GGG-Canelo, though.

He's not well known in the US though is he? And what does he have to do with where Joshua Wilder takes place? I've never said anything about Joshua being well known or popular in America either because he palpably isn't. What point are you trying to make?

the ring is not a mainstream publication in the us, its for hardcore fans and these days most probably just look on the internet

fury would be almost totally unrecognized in the us, and ppl who do know him , the hardcore fans, know he hasnt fought in going on 3 years, while in the same time aj and wilder have loads of wins

the ring is way less relevant as a publication these days anyway and fury aint even there champ no more

I can see this happening in Cardiff at a similar time to hatton vs tszyu or calzaghe vs lacey to accommodate the americans

Over here, Cardiff or Wembley. Fury has to prove himself again IMO. He is still a big name but he has to beat another big name, to put himself back in the mix. I cant see him coming back at the top, he needs two or three good wins to show he does deserve a crack at the belts.

Fight has much less pulling power in the us, they should fight here in the uk at Wembley or cardiff

The governing bodies stand to make more from a big unification with plenty money in the pot to be spread around so if they stick to their 'principles' then they're cutting their nose off to spite their face and that isn't gonna happen because all these organisations are financially driven.

Wilder deserves a proper pay day. Hearn and AJ should calm their jets with the greed and make the fight happen. If they want him over here then pay the man accordingly.

It would never happen in Texas.
But I would love for it to be at Cowboys stadium. It's only 200 miles from the house and my wife's aunt lives about 10 miles from it.
A tank of gas and free room and board.
It would be perfect
