Impressed. I like his head and body movement like you say decent slick moves, excellent hand position getting his hands back up, doesn't rush his punches or snatch at them so he gets really solid leverage. I liked his jab to the body and chest, really knocked Indongo back on his heels, good to the body especially the right hand.TheLeprechaun wrote: ↑10 Mar 2018, 09:25 He's great to watch. Slick moves to get inside, easily gets under Indongos shots and throws nice counters, excellent defensive work to block and ride shots. He will need a good chin though because you will get hit with that style. He carries power himself. Coming forward like that hes essentially daring opponents to throw punches at him.
Indongo seemed made for him and a boxer/counterpuncher with power, a (Mikey) Garcia type, would be interesting against Prograis. But I'd say Prograis has established himself as a very interesting player at world level.
Style wise he reminded me a little bit of a much more technical and measured, slightly less explosive version of Gervonta Davis, if you know what I mean? That same southpaw hunter-killer style but relying on good fundamentals instead of pure athleticism to set his power game up (though Prograis seems a pretty good athlete himself)
