Parker would have to win at least 2 or 3 significant wins to make a rematch a worthwhile thing. The bout was boring so people wouldn't exactly be eager to see it again, but if Parker gets wins over other Top 10 contenders he may well find himself as a mandatory again at some point.
Doubtful he'd get the crack again unless he was made mandatory though because again it's not a rematch that people would be eager to see.

He was only robbed if the rounds you thought he won he'd actually won. He didn't. He lost the fight. You're the only person that thinks he deserved a draw, and you're wrong. It's that simple.

A more accurate analogy would be. Repo company comes to take your car. You call the Police saying your car was stolen, but it's actually their's because you never made payments on it.
