A lot of people think the decision was a robbery. I've never watched it, but it's on YouTube.

kassi vs breazeale was very competitive , the cards were awful. going into the last few rounds ppl were talking upset, and then a 100-90 poverty comes out

Ugonoh by stoppage I'd say.

Very exciting fighter to watch. Hope he does it in style.

Molina had posted a worrying warning on social media that the fight could be cancelled if travel plans didn't fall into place, although the fighter himself has since confirmed all was good to go.

The 36 year-old has initially stated: "Alright we are all clear in NY. My team and I are packed and ready.

"If we don’t fly out in the next 10 hours Wach v Molina will not happen. It is a matter of rebooking flights now. I did my part," he said.

When asked by WBN if the fight was on some hours later, Molina replied: "Yes, everything is going ahead and I will fly out to Poland today."

The 'Drummer Boy' hasn't fought since losing to Dominic Breazeale in a WBC eliminator last November, and like Wach, needs a victory to get back into title contention.

Wach also suffered defeat in his previous bout against Jarrell Miller and has the added pressure of home crowd expectations at the Stadion Narodowy in Warsaw.

Topping the bill is a Women's WBC super-welterweight title clash between Ewa Piatkowska and Maria Lindberg, whilst the card also features Robert Talarek, Izuagbe Ugonoh facing Fred Kassi, Artur Szplika battling Dominick Guinn and former European title holder Rafael Jackiewicz.

not only this fight, also Piatkowska-Lindberg for women WBC belt, Wach-Molina (?), Ugonoh-Kassi and Szpilka-Guinn. one of these fighters (Marcin Najman) is a promoter of this event

Exactly fifteen months since his first professional loss to Dominic Breazeale, Poland-based and raised Nigerian Izuagbe "Izu" Ugonoh (18-1, 15 KOs) got a sweet and sweatless return with the third-round stoppage of veteran Fred Kassi (18-8-1, 10 KOs), who has lost his fifth straight.

Ugonoh was slightly better in the first couple of rounds against an awkward southpaw opponent.

Then, unexpectedly, Kassi complained about his physical condition, and the fight was stopped although Kassi didn't look to be seriously hurt. Time of stoppage was 0:09.

Kassi simply quit after 2
Kassi barely tried anything
Ugonoh landed a few body shots but that's pretty much it
He retired complaining of a headache... Ugonoh and his corner were pissed

That's just what I thought :D

Shame about the ending but Big Fred is generally very tough, game, and reliable. I wouldn't question his heart and would accept his reason for not wanting to continue as genuine.

After the third round, Kassi complained that he had injured his right hand and did not come out for the 4th round. Kassi started well in the opening round, connecting his shots, but became a punch bag for the remainder of the fight leaning against the ropes while Miller unloaded with body shots.

Yeah, I'd say they should stop picking Kassi as an opponent. That's pretty terrible. Guy almost got killed by Mansour and then goes in deep with Arreola and Breazeale.

It's been quite a lot of fights since his last win. If he keeps fighting opponents of the quality he has been, that is not going to change.
