Looks like it's being wound down mate yeah. More boxing fans will subscribe to BT now then after a while he'll switch regular BT to PPV! Already been talks of it! It's just one boot in the sprouts after another if you're a boxing fan
You may be right about the PPV thing , but in reality at the moment who has he got to provide a PPV worthy bill ?
Nobody just now mate but Tyson will probably be his first as soon as he fights someone with a pulse. Any potential BJS v GGG or Canelo would also give him an opportunity to launch BT PPV

Ability wise it doesnt take a great amount to be PPV worthy in British boxing any more. If BT follow what sky have done, just make sure they sign people who trash talk and then can sell PPV. Bellew, a knackered Haye and Dillain Whyte being some great recent examples.

Not really true. You still need fights to be entertaining. Three of our biggest PPV fighters in history are Joshua, Hatton and Lewis, none of which were really trash talking types.

Fury talks the talk but he does a third of the PPV sales Joshua does because he's boring. Who else is going to sell BT PPV? Saunders DeGale? Don't make me laugh.

I was talking about recent ppv. Excluding Aj who was shown on ppv too early in my opinion, look at the pathetic sky ppv of recent years. Bellew vs cleverly ffs

I cancelled yesterday. Sad to do so, having been a subscriber since 2011, but there's no worthwhile content left. Chap on the phone didn't even try to dissuade me, which says something. Really poor treatment of loyal subscribers, but entirely unsurprising.

Their last fight that was close together was fury in a world title fight v wlad and AJ was fighting for the British title v dillian Whyte.

You can hardly compare the 2. You'd expect fury to massively outsell AJ in that respect.

I think if AJ was on normal sky he would do more than 800k

I think it is looking like the end for me, but I will give it another month or so to see what American stuff they pick up before making my final call.

He’s done over 800k PPV buys in each of his last 3 fights with 2 being well over 1m buys. Therefore on PPV he must be getting 2m+ viewers. He’d get much more than 1m viewers fighting Danny Williams on Sky Sports!

Let’s hope not. He’s a f**king good reason not to tune in. He’s full of shite, keeps interrupting people and sounds like a full weight grumble.

Any channel that gives him more than 5 minutes is bound to be in negative equity in the not too distant. He’s ok at trotting out a couple of hackneyed lines as an over the top colour man, but no fkin way would you give him a show if you were serious about growing your subscriber base further than hardcore boxing fans.

I do watch it though, and I’m a big fan of Barry Jones.

Don't worry about dirk Keith he's this sneering little pansy who likes picking and poking like a woman. Pretty much everyone thinks he's a total pudendum, he conducts himself like a pudendum on most of the exchanges he has on here. Tiny little nubbin in between his legs in lieu of a penis and projecting bile in nearly everything he posts.

Personally my experience of people who can't help continually belittling other people is that they have bitter disappointed lives.

Every time I do this, (and by 'this,' I mean having a pop at Mick for being a weak-willed failure who can't stop drinking in lieu of him trolling on here), do you always have to come back with some dangerously oddball 'like a woman' schtick?

I don't know if Mick has or had an issue with alcoholism or not, but it's out of line on your end to be saying sh*t like that to him or any forum member, and for future reference. Stop doing it.

Nothing at all wrong with women

It's men who act like them who get my goat you snidey little pudendum

As having a pop at Mickey for 'being a weak willed failure'?

How utterly disingenuous of you. You've said openly that you have a pop at him over his opinions. The alcohol jibes would never come out if he simply agreed with everything you've said. The idea that you're having a pop at anything for any other reason than grinding your personal axe with him is poppycock. You get far too much enjoyment in doing so, I can almost taste the relish in your sneers

Which, as I say, rejoicing in the misfortunes of others suggests all kinds of displaced bitterness. Which is what makes such a total bitch of you. Going back to the same thing, over and over, picking and picking and picking. It makes you a total pudendum.

It would appear Warren is putting every egg he has into the BT TV basket.
He will no longer have any ties to allegedly and expect that void to be fully replaced by MTK.

Warren is still listed as a director in BN's parent company...
