I agree pretty much but would like to look into the worse lineal champ in history bit, maybe as a new thread of "Worse Lineal Heavyweight Champions". Would Fury be bottom? I am not sure as he did beat a dominant and long reigning champion which is his only saving grace.

Marvin Hart - won a vacant belt, lost to Tommy Burns
Willard - pretty awful, win over aged and overweight Johnson, cloud of suspicion over win, one defence, lost to Dempset
Jack Sharkey - lost to Primo, could be a worse title loss
Primo Carnera - Fixed fights?
Jim Braddock - beat Baer but lost in first defence
Leon Spinks - Beat an already showing signs of illness Ali and partied to a loss in rematch
Buster Douglas - beat an uninterested Tyson, ate his way to a defeat to Holyfield
Rahman - fluked a win over Lewis (Lewis pissing about helped) and then smashed in rematch
Briggs - I cannot recall how it went but it must have been shite

Where does Fury sit? The above guys (mostly) at least fought even if they lost the title quick and where not the total joke Fury has been with recreational drugs, food, fat as fook, performance enhancing substance test failure, back in the ring in a joke fight etc.

He's a draw & most fans accepted that his first fight back would be a pushover, but to treat it all in such a jokey fashion & as little more than a sparring session was a slap in the face to anyone who spent money on a ticket.

Hopefully he steps up the quality of opponent in rapid fashion over the next few fights & by 2019 we can start seeing Fury in meaningful fights. I'm not his biggest fan but in such a weak division he's head & shoulders better than everyone else & comfortably beats AJ & Wilder.

Fury's at the bottom because he gave up his title without a fight, and proceeded to just get fat for about 2 and a half years. Also his title win was one of the worst fights of all time.

Don't know why people complain , Just don't buy into it , don't watch it , don't spend your money going to it , Personaly it was a fight , i would'nt waste petrol money going to see if i was given a free ticket , and whats more his next few fights will be the same , give me a ticket and i would give it away ,

If he fights someone half decent he gets beat , Tyson at the moment is leading a circus act and his two generals are , his dad on his left and his trainer on the right .

People honestly cannot believe a world champion , who has been out for a couple of years , binging on all the shit he can put in his mouth , comes back for a true proper go at becoming champ again , YET employs a guy to train him who has NO EXPERIENCE .

Unless i'm wrong and someone can tell me who else this Ben dude has trained , alls i know is he supervised a corner once for BJS in probably the worst fight of his carreer
