They may aswell announce the Povetkin fight. We all know it's him September 22nd.

It will be Wilder April 13th.

Struggle to 100k if Wembley only hold's 90k for football.
It's seats on the pitch. Not sure it's 10,000 though.

They could not open it to max capacity for boxing as they need to give time for people to leave and get the last tube.
Wembley park is on the Jubilee line so there is no last tube as its 24 hours over weekends

Did that change recently ?

I know that's why it was capped at 80,000 for Groves Froch.

I reckon they could have more if they started the main event earlier.

How many big fights in history have been lost due to taking one extra fight before it is supposed to take place, only for one of them to lose?

 Errrr, no. :TU: He was rocked by David Price, so I don't think he's got the chin for it anymore. If he's even 75% of his best, he's going to cause AJ some serious issues. Even at this stage, I still think he has a better chance than Wilder. I'm almost talking myself into a bet. On the night when I'm less than sober, I might change my mind. Thank god I don't have a betting app on my phone. :OhYes:

Ruiz handled 'Kingpin' Johnson easily enough. Would be a reasonable opponent for Wilder.

Joshua banged out Kingpin in a round over 3 years ago. Joke of a fighter now.

It's will be Breazeale next for wilder.

Povetkin for Joshua.

Then Joshua Wilder April 13th at Wembley

I wonder how long the AJ hype will last ? Booking another 2 Wembley shows is a bit of a gamble when people are all hooked up with football again

If only it were that predictable.

Truth is it's not. As we've seen from the soap opera we have been enduring for what seems more like years than months.

how long has this fight been majorly talked up with all the hype and instagram negotiation? it seemed to heat up after wilder beat ortiz. that wasnt really that long ago.

with major fights the big talk often starts a few fights before it happens, pretty standard. wouldnt lose hope on it

Andy Ruiz and Deontay Wilder are like two peas in a pod.

You'd never be able to tell them apart in the ring.
