Why was he next to the face off in the first place?

I wouldn't mind watching Miller/Joshua, but Wilder is the fight that should happen after Povetkin. Obviously Hearn is building a "beef" between Femi and Big Baby. It just seems lame. I've always argued that Wilder isn't very good but this obvious avoidance of him makes him look better than I thought he was.

I'm a fan of Big Baby (f*ck it, I'm a fan of 90% of boxers  ) & this is his normal schtick. He gets into Twitter wars over nothing & loves having a row.

Something else I've learnt from being in the States - people from Brooklyn think they're the roughest, toughest, motherf*ckers on the planet. Every single one of them

They think they're sooo f*cking ghetto. I've never met anyone from there who isn't full of shite. It doesn't matter what age, race or religion they are, Brooklynites are nonsense people.

I kind of like Miller but can't help thinking he will end up in a "When trash talking fighters get destroyed" YouTube video in the future

I just got 50-1 on Povetkin to win in the first 3 rounds.

He can bang and i`m not fully sold on AJ`s chin. he took that shot from Whyte pretty well, but Povetkin is accurate and if he gets a sniff of AJ in trouble he will finish him.

it`s a long shot, but that`s the nature of 50-1 shots

I was thinking similar myself. 50-1 worth a punt

Wow that's a very good price where was that online? Might have a cheeky score on that

50/1 rounds 10-12 too

AJ will be blowing out of his arse as his stamina issues kick in

Is it 50-1 for all groups of 3 rounds?

I see that straight stoppage win is 8-1

If so why wouldn’t everyone just put an equal amount on each group of three? Better odds.

The odds aren't split equally between each group of round betting.

For example rounds 4-6 are 28/1

I love them - one of my favourites is Larry Holmes jumping over a car and doing a flying kick to Trevor Berbick

£40 on the full fight wins £320 at 9/1, whereas £10 on each group (if the remaining group's 28/1) wins either £270 or £490.

The latter would be my choice, if not for the former also covering a points win. I might put a very small amount on it now and hope for Joshua's odds to increase nearer the time. If he hits 6/5 with anyone you could just break even in the hope of a lucrative upset. That's why he won't get close to that.

It seems obvious to me that they are building up a potential AJ v Miller contest for April in case the Wilder fight doesn't happen.
I read today that Miller is joining the Sky commentary team for the Whyte-Parker event next Saturday.

Stylistically, Whyte vs Miller would be a better fight.
I wouldn't mind seeing that either as a main event at Barclays or on AJ vs Wilder undercard.
