It should be, but not always. Barry McGuigan was champ for only about a year with two successful title defenses.

Usyk Briedis wasnt even that close imo i had it 117-111 at best. Rouds were close but Usyk edged most of them

I just checked on the IBHOF website and there is no link for that. However, the Florida Boxing Hall of Fame website shows Induction Requirements.

If you weren't so "ignorant", you'd realise that the names I'd listed were the IBHoF nominees for 2018 that failed to get inducted.
So the logic I was suggesting that others should apply is this.... if they believed that some of these guys I'd named were more Hall-of-Fame worthy than Usyk, then this inevitably means that he hasn't achieved enough during his career yet to be inducted into the IBHoF.
Is that such an unreasonable conclusion to draw?

I think so. He cleaned out his division, beating his best opponents when they were in their primes.
