If the answer is "NO" to any of these guys I've listed, then the Ukraine cruiserweight almost certainly isn't Hall-of-Fame worthy just yet.
That is your opinion, which a lot of people disagree

..I never understood HOF criteria..whatever they are, "longevity of the reign" should be one of them..

usyk beat briedies more clearly then ggg did jacobs (where a lot more ppl had jacobs winning then briedis) and besides, im not advocating that ggg needs to rematch jacobs and beat him again to enhance his legacy. i dont think it would really. most ppl probably will just look at the result on paper years from now that he did beat jacobs.
very rarely do i feel beating the same guy again in a second fight adds much to a legacy when youve already got the win. briedis vs usyk was compitive but not really controversial at all, and usyk did it in an environment extremely favoring his opponent.
He probably will go to heavyweight for his next fight. He said he wants to fight Bellew.

It should be, but not always. Barry McGuigan was champ for only about a year with two successful title defenses.

Usyk Briedis wasnt even that close imo i had it 117-111 at best. Rouds were close but Usyk edged most of them

People are severely overestimating Usyks chances at HW. He should stay at CW and never move up. Besides there isnt lots of $ for him at HW.
Agree, his punching power is weak for HW. But there are no one left in CW except Andrew Tabiti. Or ?

Here's a novel idea guys, why don't you research the IBHoF's criteria for induction and solve the "mystery" for yourself?

Think about it:
Gold medalist at Heavyweight (Technically the cruiserweight division in amateur boxing)
Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion
WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO and Ring Magazine/Lineal Champion
Undefeated at Cruiserweight (dominated practically every fight (apart from Briedis))
All done in 15 fights.
In my opinion this is basically the best cruiserweight resume of all time.
You're a clown. That, i know.

I just checked on the IBHOF website and there is no link for that. However, the Florida Boxing Hall of Fame website shows Induction Requirements.

If you weren't so "ignorant", you'd realise that the names I'd listed were the IBHoF nominees for 2018 that failed to get inducted.
So the logic I was suggesting that others should apply is this.... if they believed that some of these guys I'd named were more Hall-of-Fame worthy than Usyk, then this inevitably means that he hasn't achieved enough during his career yet to be inducted into the IBHoF.
Is that such an unreasonable conclusion to draw?

Hey, sometimes you find something in research that changes opinions over night so i'm not sorry for it. You and this little Cruiserweight Cheerleading Team need to watch a little more boxing and learn a little more about the sport before littering this site with dumb post after dumb post. Idiots.

Rematch the guy he clearly already beat?
It was close on the scorecards. There have been a few definite No. 1's in the history of the cruiserweight division who have not and probably never will be inducted, so I think he doesn't have a good enough resume right now. Would David Haye be inducted just based on him being unified cruiserweight champion?
ridiculous, he already beat briedis in briedis back yard, the vast majority of ppl had usyk winning
Briedis would knock him out in a rematch.

so easy to talk bruh, anyone can predict anything, but didnt go down that way when they fought, usyk went to his backyard and still took his belt from him

I think so. He cleaned out his division, beating his best opponents when they were in their primes.
