ya was still a good win for allen, webb was at least known about in the scene from his amateur days and had been in discussion for fights with good prospects
not amazing or anything at all, but at least now a win over guy who seemed like maybe could factor in at english level or low british
allen before had been being used as a punch bag to better fighters, so its good for him and refreshing to his career to be in the news as a winner

Webb is ok there have been far worse heavyweights but the UK heavy scene has more strength in depth than ever now so he hasn't really got anywhere to go.

The problem is that you see a 6 foot 5 heavyweight with a 12-0 record and 10 wins by ko - and you don't get what you are expecting.
There are boxers at pretty much every weight who are the same.

Just looked at Tom Dallas's record he was 15-0 when he fought Price and I remember he had a bit of hype around him. Take the record away and take him for what he was, a shjt boxer who could bang at a low level. Records are for DJ's
