Okay, I'll be brutally honest...
Hare's a quick-handed but puffed-up 10stoner with a porous defence, an average chin and who does not have the power to trouble quality fighters at welter.
In fact he reminds me of Rhyan Rhodes and I'm sorry, but I think he'll go the same way once he steps up to world level.
Barnes, while not world-class, has the ability to beat him He's technically superior, better defensively and will box Hare to death from the outside.
