BN's demise leaves UK boxing fans scrabbling round for the scraps Eddie feeds us. No point moaning about Adam Smith, he's got fvck all clout anymore, Eddie runs sky boxing
Amen

What about the bt sport shows this year we have seen warrington vs Selby and Frampton vs donaire next week we have an interesting show with Frampton, paddy barns and fury
I'm happy they're doing the odd show but when FW announced his tie up with BT i was under the impression that there would be a lot more boxing on. Why couldn't they have taken the Kovalev and Garcia fights for example ?

Ok £200 million sky reportedly paid for pacquiao vs mayweather is sky wrong or are they the ones who cant do the MATHS?
Sorry mate, my reply sounded harsher than I intended.

The mathS is simple really - it cost £24.95, they would need to over eight MILLION ppv buys to break even on the purchase price let alone production costs, advertising and promotions, sending teams to Vegas etc. Now does that sound like it can make any sense whatsoever?!
My bad,i got it wrong,i thought id seen that sky had paid that amount but after a bit of research sky paid £12million($18million) for pacman vs mayweather. You were right i was wrong :brick: lol
Sorry for initial rudeness, it wrote a lot worse than it sounded.

Regarding OP. I cancelled Sky Sports 3 years ago and did not regret it, but then felt I was missing a few shows so re subbed earlier this year but its been utter dogshite since so I cancelled again this morning.

TBH I can wait and watch on youtube the next day if I cannot find a stream. Just get the missus to find a decent one for me so I do not see spoilers.

Same haha But one slip of the finger reveals how long is left, so this often means i know there is a stoppage or not.

Sky are about to take 16 DAZN US shows / they don’t need to chase anything else unless it suits.

I’m also a golf fan and the uspga was not on sky and they also lost Spanish football. I’ll soon be cancelling for an internet box like most my friends as the value is awful
It’s the Streaming side of the business that’s attacking Sky and Virgin/BT - Eleven Sports have also taken Dutch/Chinese as well from Sky and Serie A And UFC from BT.
