I'm not sure Hearn really has a route for Whyte, he will try to keep him winning, but I fear a big fight will only come about if an opportunity emerges rather than Hearn pushing for it, he is very much B side,/first reserve for Fast Eddie

My theory is Whyte doesnt want the Chisora rematch yet because its a great comeback fight if/when he takes another loss.
This is true. Exactly what I have been saying. It's too much of a risk for Whyte to take this fight now. He probably can beat Chisora convincingly, but with Chisora, you don't know what you're gonna get.

Chisora is Whyte's fall back fight.

Chisora is looking likely to be Whyte’s opponent.

Any of them seem alright to me. Doesn't seem like it's gonna be Miller since he's waiting to get in on that cracker jack box title sweepstakes.

Well this sounds to me like Whyte should fight Kabayel right?
Sounds about right.

Working and having kids by two different women means boxing is one of the few pleasures I get out life and I hate missing any action. These PPVs are just a fuckin total piss take getting!

Froch v Bute wasn't even PPV but now we're supposed to swallow Bellew, Whyte etc as PPV worthy :brick:

Fuckin absolute joke. Their product on standard sky is absolute dog shíte and we're having to fork out again and again for mediocre PPVs that should be on normal sky because of these greedy cùnts! It's easy to turn round and say 'just don't buy' and I do pick and choose nowadays but it's beyond a fuckin joke!

As boxing fans we are taken for absolute mugs! By the end of the year most of us will be walking with a limp because of the severe ass raping we are taking with all these PPVs!

Are you an idiot? Yes, you are an idiot, every boxer out there would love to fight Wilder. Some boxers come out of retirement especially for a fight with him. Only an idiot does not want to fight Wilder.
Sadly, Wilder knows this so is continually and persistantly looking for the biggest bum out there and fight him instead of anyone else.
Talking about AJ you wee ball bag

Del was gutted he didn't leave it all in the ring that night. I think he could have won if he gave a bit more effort.

He won a round dominantly then took the next round off. That’s how he fought.

Aw mate, as a Del-Boy-fan-boy, I have to admit to being a little disappointed in Del that night. He showed in the last two rounds he had plenty left, he should have won that fairly wide.

Oh!
You cruel man. Del would probably take it if the money was right, I'd give him that. But who wants to see a mismatch. It could only end in a brutal KO :maybe:
I like Del, but let's be realistic, he is a Euro contender at best.

Jarrell 'Big Baby' Miller will target WBA 'regular' title instead of December fight with Dillian Whyte

Miller's promoter Dmitriy Salita has confirmed he intends to face the winner of Manuel Charr's WBA title defence against Fres Oquendo this month, if he defeats Tomasz Adamek on October 6.

I'd love to see Whyte v Chisora 2 as the first fight was fun, and I'm sure the 2nd would be exciting as well - I don't think the second would go to points though. I could see the Breazeale and Miller fight being a bit of a bore fest

To be honest I'd rather see AJ v Whyte 2 than a lot of potential fights - AJ v Wilder & AJ v Fury being the obvious exceptions.

IMO Whyte has done more than enough to earn his shot at a heavyweight title, so I wouldn't mind if he just had marking time fights and keeps busy rather than sitting on the side lines until he gets the call.

I don't personally understand the persistent anti-Matchroom rhetoric. I guess it's mostly to do with their consistent success?

Whyte in particular has progressed really well. The matchmaking has been good, the performances improving. Since the Joshua defeat he's really gained stock, and considering the world titles are with only two fighters, and the Wilder route is blocked off, he hasn't really got any option other than to go down the AJ route.

As far as Hearn goes, he's delivered the best boxing to the UK, and irrespective of his lack of charm to the boxing faithful, he's doing a much better job than anyone else on option. You may or may not believe Hearn over the Wilder negotiations, but what in Wilder's record convinces anyone that he's looking for the harder fights? Joshua has so far taken on Klitschko and Parker inside 25 fights, and picked up 3 out of 4 of the belts.

Why has Wilder not achieved more?

And really, what has Chisora done to earn a shot at someone top 10? Beat Takam? Well Whyte beat the guy that best Takam in Parker. Maybe Chisora should rematch Takam?

I haven't got a problem with Hearn or Matchroom as such. Think he makes a lot of good fights and on the whole Joshua has been progressed very well. I do, however, have a problem with his efforts to make PPV become the norm whilst serving up shite on normal Sky. Not 1 male world title fight on regular Sky in 2018. Add to that his undercards are more often than not just 'Blue Corner' vs overmatched opponent. Then he'll try to take credit when his fighter struggles (i.e. Benn vs Peynaud) as if it was supposed to be a cracker. He's charging us £20 for 3 fights (1 world title, 1 eliminator and 1 British title) in 2 weeks time.

Whilst I agree there has been shÌt on regular Sky..

The main reason why we saw world title fights around 2016 and 2017 was because a lot of British boxers, many from Hearn's stable had world titles.

Crolla, Burns, Bellew, Brook, McDonnell.. Also many of his fighters had unsuccessful title challenges.

And let's be honest here, world title fights are not an indication of quality. Joshua v Molina PPV - it was Whyte v Chisora which was the star of the night.
