96-94 across the board for Kownacki.

Good scores. The 10th could've easily went to Martin.

Babyface doesn't do anything spectacularly well. He just stands in your face and keeps punching you in the nose.

At least for 6 rounds he does. He was pretty gassed down the stretch. That'll be his downfall against the Top guys. The top guys ain't just gonna let him bulldoze 'em for the first 6 rounds either.

Very fun fighter to watch though.

I think despite his looks he has a high motor for a heavyweight. Part of his special sauce is tiring the other guy out then beating them on the inside. That's not to say he doesn't take a few rounds off here and there.

I gave the 10th for Kownacki, but it was close and it was not the only one close. 1 and 9 were as well. I scored 1, 7, 8, 9 for Martin.

I scored 7,8 and 9 for Martin, and I agree the 10th was close. I had no issue with the 96-94 scores.

Yordenis Ugas vs Cesar Miguel Barrionuevo

I like Ugas. Hope he has another good showing here.

Fun action to start things off here. Both fighters loading up pretty heavily on their shots. Ugas landed some real heavy body shots. Probably the best shots of the round.

1-0 Ugas

The argentine is swinging haymakers way out of range. Ugus looking far more comfortable in there.

Another good action scrap here. Ugas is killing him to the body, but Barrionuevo is giving a good account of himself as well, and throwing hard shots. Ugas is just more accurate.

3-0 Ugas

Barrionuevo giving a game effort, but Ugas is just too skilled for him. Better timing, better accuracy, better balance...just a better fighter.

5-0 Ugas

Yeah, a one-sided bout.

Damn they just showed Gervonta Davis out in the audience. He looked fat as f*ck.

EDIT: Somebody post a screen shot of that if you can. He was looking well overweight. Like Ricky Fatton kinda stuff.

Ugas unleashed a ferocious flurry in that round, Barrionuevo was able to stand up to it, but Ugas is getting even more confident now. Coming in with his hands down at times, and throwing barrages like that. He's in full control.

8-0 Ugas

The flurry was spectacular despite not being too effective.

Looked pretty effective. Ugas just isn't the biggest puncher in the world, but I don't figure those shots tickled

Still all Ugas

10-0

Credit to Barrionuevo for hanging in there. He's taking a beating to the body, but he's hanging tough. I wouldn't be surprised if he's pissing blood the next few days. He's taken a hell of a beating to the body in this fight. Real heavy shots.

11-0 Ugas

Wasn't really lackluster, just kinda one sided. It was pretty spirited early on, but Barrionuevo got all of his resolve beaten out of him with that body attack, and was doing all he could just to keep standing by the end. Ugas just kept doing what he was doing because there was no need for him to do more. He was in full control.

I found is uneventful from rd 2. Not my type of fight.

Even 119-109 looks impossible, it was a total domination. Still a good score. Today the judges seem to be fair. I hope, there will be no disappointment in this sense in the main event.
