Actually what hes done their could be a matter for criminal investigation, accusing someone of being a paedophile and inciting someone to assault them on that basis is maybe enough for a case, i doubt you would get more than a caution and fine, but it might make the brainless pudendum stop and think about the consequences of his action. I suspect there will be a cursory fine, that won't have much effect, and maybe a suspension for a period short enough to have no real impact.
