Re: Anthony Dirrell vs. Avni Yildrim - February 23, 2019

Man these guys do NOT like each other.
Great point!! That cut reminded me of the one Vitali had when he was stopped by Lennox!! Very wise stoppage!!
Not surprising. The judge who gave Yildirim 8 of 10 rounds is Juergen Langos from Germany, where Yildirim has had most of his fights. Many of Yildirim's fights were refereed or judged by Langos, who seems to have a pro-Yildirim bias.
The replay showed the cut was caused by an accidental collision of heads. The cut worsened as the fight wore on and the post-fight interview of Dirrell showed it to be a horrendously deep cut. The ref said he could even see the bone and it was one of the deepest cuts I've ever seen in a boxing match > right up there with Vitali's cut stoppage vs Lennox Lewis. Your boy was not robbed, he was legitimately behind on the scorecards. The only one who got it wrong is the clown who had Yildirim winning 8 of 10 rounds!!Betro09 wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 02:19 Decision was controversial. Yeah, Dirrel was ahead in scorecards, yet the cut was not caused by an accidental head clash.
And these are just empty words. But both of them Dirrel brothers aren’t the “men” for boxing which I think a sport as the real gentlemans and sportmanship. They made racist comments to Yıldırım and crew, such as “go back to your country” which I believe that can only made by some real hardcore racist men, but no one seems to care about it.
Avni Yıldırım was robbed by a pitiful decision in USA, yet he gave the Dirrel Boy a scar that’s gonna be with him until the end of his days. It is the cowardness, his terrible annoying attitude which is a disgrace for boxing and the “cut” right ahead of his eye. Which I refer is “the cut of Chicken Dirrel”.

First of, Yıldırım is not my boy. Every time fighters talk trash yet in the end it is all about peace and love, right? See how was betweem them Eubank and Yıldırım when Eubank offically destroyed him, and their pre-fight confrences were much worse. The ref is a puppet, yet you are another puppet that don’t know much about it all. The same German judge gave scores for Yıldırım’s last match as a draw, just reminding you all. (And it was a draw in my opinion as well)Best Coast wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 03:26The replay showed the cut was caused by an accidental collision of heads. In the prefight confrontations BOTH fighters talked trash so dont try to make it sound like your boy Yildirim is some kind of innocent "victim" of "racism". The race card is a copout when things dont go your way.
You claim boxing is a sport for "gentlemen" and "sportsmanship" but that is definitely not what was shown by your boy Yildirim during his post-fight infantile tantrum.![]()
No amigo, I didnt miss Badou's horrific cut. Nor did I say Dirrell's cut was worse than Badou's. I just said Dirrell's cut was right up there with Vitali's vs Lennox and Badou's cut ranks right up there too.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 03:35You must have missed BadouBest Coast wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 03:26The replay showed the cut was caused by an accidental collision of heads. I was not the least bit surprised that YIldirim didnt congratulate Dirrell after the fight. It's not really that unusual for a fighter who thinks he got robbed by a bad decision (or whatever) to not congratulate the winner. What IS unusual was the temper tantrum Yildirim pulled after the decision was announced. YOU are the one who brought up the words "gentleman" and "sportsmanship" but you obviously dont hold that standard if it's your fighter who goes ballistic when things dont go his way.Betro09 wrote: ↑26 Feb 2019, 04:19First of, Yıldırım is not my boy. No matter what, it was ugly. He -Avni- thought he was robbed -big time so don’t be surprised he didn’t congratulate Dirrel at all. Dirrel Boys are serious disgrace to this sport. When Uz. knocked Andre’s ass in the 2nd, it was divine justice. And it will be another öne when Anthony goes down, but he is not a man who will go down in style, he should have been DQ’ed in Han fight anyway, never getting shot for the belt.
And if you have any skills for reading rather than talking n talking you could have seen I already said Dirrel Boy was ahead in the scorecards.
