I'd be backing Whyte to be too much for him at this stage

I think you're right. He's a hard man Dillian, got plenty of dog in him.

I think basically Eddie is playing off ortiz and delboy, so one takes the fight.
His priority is simple - stick Dillian in a Dec 22nd PPV, they'll all make money and it will damage Fwank & BT Sports' efforts to get into PPV. Dillian is an important plan B for Joshua and their rematch keeps all the titles at matchroom.
I doubt Eddie cares if it is ortiz or delboy, so long as one of them signs for it.

I’m hearing this is happening in December is there any merit to this? I’m hoping so as it’s a better fight than going over old ground with Chisora
Another PPV then. More money. Not good.

I like Whyte he is a proper fighting man but he ain't great. I thought he lost to Del Boy and people are saying they don't want to see the rematch as that's a step back. for me it's a step forward as he will never get the full credit for the win as it divided opinions if he wins that then move on. He's done nothing that tells me he beats Ortiz

I agree on the Chisora fight and I'd love to see it again but I think Ortiz would be a great name on his record, very winnable fight. He flatters to deceive and is old.

I think the age is the only thing going for Whyte in this fight mate. If the Ortiz turns up who fought Wilder, Whytes bang in trouble

Was a bad knockout by Wilder, be interesting to see how he is. Ortiz v Malik Scott version there's only one winner.
He won again since the Wilder fight end of July didnt he?

Chisora is holding out for the big dollars , and so he should ,, They need him , the scene has already been set , Whyte - Derik , and Derik loses no matter even if he wins , then its Whyte AJ in April ,Whyte loses but wants a 3rd , because he went the distance. The play has been written the script given the OK , and Ortiz will not be allowed to upset the apple cart , So get your hands in your pockets and cough up , its PPV time

Great fight for Ortiz and that's why Hearn gets Whyte the fight with Chisora
