Eh I was just going off what tiny said. Either way it’s still funny. The mascot gets an unforgettable life moment plus free tickets to one of the biggest fights of the year, he gets to drink liquid lunches for 6 weeks, he may loose weight, he may meet a hot nurse and he has a cool story to tell and show her.

As you can see Deontay did the right thing breaking his jaw it was for the greater good.

Some posters here seem to be as stupid as Wilder - who reportedly initially stated that he didn't know there was a person inside the costume.

This is the video. If you think this is funny stuff then go to Wilder's gym, put a hot-dog costume/ a bag with Charlie Zelenoff's face on you and ask kindly mr Bronze Bum'er to hit you in the face with his money punch. It's gonna feel so good having at least a concussion or a broken jaw. :brick:

It is blatantly obvious to any fȕckȅr, even some dumb twȁt that only possesses a mere trace of intellect, that there was a human being wearing that mascot costume.

The mascot himself, Wilder, the TV producers and also the hosts of that show should have anticipated that a little bit of foam would serve as almost no protection from the mightiest punches thrown by an elite-level world heavyweight champion boxer that may have in the region of 5,000 Newton’s of force behind it.

Deontay Wilder’s assertion about him not knowing that “a human being was” wearing that costume is just plain dumb and a weak excuse to avoid conceding any liability for causing grievous bodily harm, as it’ll inevitably result in some form of litigation.

If Wilder did in fact know that there was a human being wearing that mascot costume (and let’s face it, he fúckíng must have), then he’s an incredibly dumb cȕnt for failing to anticipate how dangerous his actions were, because the American has been stopped in the amateurs by a fighter that probably weighed less than 200lbs, despite wearing a headguard that is specifically design to protect the skull from punches.

When I wrote this post, I had read conflicting reports from multiple sources claiming that Wilder had denied knowing there was a human being wearing that mascot costume, with there being other articles stating that the American always knew there was a man wearing that outfit.

So I expressed an opinion that covered both bases, since Wilder should be considered a moron regardless as to whether or not he knew there was a man wearing that mascot outfit. You've even quoted my words, which appear to be a crystal clear reflection of my thoughts on both possible scenarios.

Fair enough, but I can provide dozens of articles claiming that Wilder didn't know that a real life person was wearing the mascots outfit. I am also able to provide lots of reports claiming otherwise, hence the reason for me conveying my thoughts on both possible scenarios..

What makes you think I didn't see it? Sure I saw it. It was obviously a silly little comedy skit. They got some little guy, maybe middle-aged maybe even older, maybe even a girl, who knows, to get into that silly costume. So in a situation like that you'd expect something like a joking pretend punch, a friendly tap, but instead the a-hole hauls off and punches him or her in the head as hard as he possibly could! And this bum (word an understatement in this case) is not only a pro heavyweight boxer - a s**t boxer but maybe the hardest puncher in boxing - hauls off and hits the little guy in the costume in his or her head as hard as he could. You can see the guy wasn't expecting it, and then at the last moment he tried to ineffectually put his hands up to protect himself but he couldn't even do that due to the limited mobility of the costume. I don't know what other damages he or she might have sustained besides a broken jaw. He might have also been concussed. To top it off the idiot tv actors started clapping. As for his so-called "click bait" comment, my guess is in his first idindunuffin moment he blurted that out.

I don't think anyone can defend that is was a good idea to hit anything or anyone full force as some stupid publicity stunt.
It was ignorant. First off he is setting himself up for a lawsuit. secondly and most importantly he could of easily have broken a hand and his biggest fight would be off and he'd be on the sidelines for 6 months to a year.
Fuggin stupid all of the way around :witzend:

Really? Look at the comments here. Half of them think it was a laugh riot. And no, most importantly is not the bum's hand, it is the condition of his victim.

The victim was dumb enough to stand there and let a guy hit them. Sorry that puts him second in my view.
The person should of known better than to stand there and allow a huge puncher tee off on him.
I feel sorry that the person had to take that shot. But you have to be a fuggin retard to stand there and let him throw a punch at you.

It was a comedy skit dammit. It's like saying I go to Disneyland and sucker punch some kid in the Mickey Mouse costume and you say, well he was dumb enough to stand there. Why would a comedy actor expect something like that? As for no injuries, let's see an interview with the costume actor. Wilder's deep pocket handlers have run cover for him every step of the way so far leading up to their expected payoff vs Joshua, so why should they stop now? Let's see the victim - the real one - the real person who was in the costume.

Huge difference between sucker punching Mickey Mouse and having them flat out tell Wilder to hit him. Let him line up showing one of 2 spots to hit him. Huge Fuggin difference.
And your conspiracy theories about Wilder and the power he has in the sport are assinine.
