Nietes has called out Srisaket. Is there a stage and a platform to make fights like this anymore? With HBO, who started that Super Fly theme, out of boxing...
Let’s see that 365 Promotions do in regards to TV. They don’t need to sign a long term deal with a broadcaster do they. They should try with NBC or Showtime. They should have more days available now that PBC looks to be moving forward with FOX and Showtime only.

I find it discouraging how Srisaket has managed to disappear. I love boxing in Thailand and while I've seen far more skilled Thais such as Wonjongkam and Veeraphol - representing the elite, at least for me - few from that country have had the success away from home, especially in the States. I mean Srisaket had two FOTY candidate wars, the controversial decision over the legend Gonzalez, the razor thin battle with superb Mexican Estrada... sandwiching that savage KO of Gonzalez. Drama, controversy, year-end awards, immediate "pound for pound" recognition...

It's criminal to throw away that kind of momentum and already start going up in weight. If he plays his cards right, he could have another, almost certain KO win over another lighter weight great, Donnie Nietes. Before he outgrows the weight. Very much hope the amazing Super Flies remain visible.

BTW, kind of disgusted by Ryan Songalia's "reporting" - if you can call it that - for The Ring. To back up that Nietes beat Ioka clearly, he quoted Nietes as saying Ioka isn't among the best he has faced. Minimal fight analysis.

Doug Fischer of Ring Online had Ioka 7-5 in rounds.

The story is that Srisaket will fight a stay busy then return to the US for EITHER Estrada as a mandatory or Ancajas as a unification. Ancajas ALSO has a mandatory coming up (against Funai) so mandatories on the same show could be a good way, and have the winners meet.

Cool. Hope to see some activity soon. Enough serious fights to keep all the major players busy.

Rex Tso is also interesting and should guarantee good fights.
