I would also say that the comebacks have done 'ok' but doing okay isn't what qualifies a boxer as an attraction.
The first comeback fight would have been his best seller I imagine as it was vastly boosted by the curiosity factor but there were plenty of empty seats.
The second contest, I dare say he added to the attendance but a Frampton fight at Windsor park was what sold that event.
Perhaps you believe that I am an 'AJ groupie' but the only relevance he has to this discussion is that he is a draw, possibly the biggest draw in boxing (Alvarez?).

No one is being picked up by five different networks if they don't generate money. And no promoter is offering multi million pound contracts if they aren't likely to see a return on that investment.

I’m not really interested in this becoming an argument, I think it’s pretty clear what his ticket/viewer drawing status has been up until this point. If you think he is already a big seller, meh, okay. I’ll assume that you think he will remain that way.
