Weight is going to be all important in this one. Canelo is more natural at 168; GGG at 160, IMHO.

Good for 3G. Three large paydays near the end of his career. Sure, nothing has changed, he still can only win by stoppage, but the money is good.
I will not pay for it though.

I don't know how I feel about a third fight. Not as excited as I thought I'd be.

I like it for 3G’s bank account.

His bank account doesn't impact mine, so I don't. Just saying.

First two were excellent fights, even given the decisions did not go as I saw them. No reason number three won’t be another very good fight.

I'm sure I'll get more into it as it soaks in. The first two fights were good, yeah!

I would prefer to see GGG move on from Canelo. I know it's the best fight for him financially, but as stated above, unless he KO's him, he's unlikely to get the W.

Let's face it, we all know there's a certain inevitability about all this. The only one who could stop this is GGG but his bank manager will be on his knees begging him to accept.
It's patently obvious GGG can only win by KO so if he's desperate to win he must throw caution to the wind and go all out. He may well get stopped on his feet with these tactics but at least he must make them pay for the privilege, venue change or no venue change.
No matter how much some of us despise the brazenly shameless antics of the Canelo cartel, the fact is there is no one to stop them doing it all over again, and possibly even a fourth time. Time is certainly on Canelo's side as Golovkin will then be 37 so the risks are increasing alarmingly on his side.
This fight sells itself and everyone knows it. The first two were both great fights despite the scoring and there's no reason why the third won't be. There is still a feeling of unfinished business and this remains the fight that most boxing fans will pay to see. We can call them mostly casuals if we want, but as they say, money talks and all the good guys in boxing are listening, Oscar, Mauricio, WBC, NSAC, and let's not forget all the advisers.
A few months of painful negotiations coming up once more.

Nice posts. Yeah, you're probably right. I just hope GGG "finds it" at this stage of his career for this fight.

Same feeling. I felt that way before the rematch because I just knew he wouldn’t get a decision. Still hoped he’d win though.

I hope Golovkin fights somebody else rather than get robbed the 3rd time.
