Fights should be made 50/50 with a win bonus cause im sick of hearing about joshua's worth,he has made enough money now to keep him till he dies of old age. If your a fighter fight but if your into money become a bank manager or work in stock exchange.

Joshua needs to remember that he's a fighter first before he finds himself on the seat of his pants counting his coin.

Thing is, those guys knew they had to fight the best for big bucks. It makes you more willing to take on tough fights for less money. The monetary system in the US is so broken down that guys who are willing for challenges are put on the shelf because the money isn't there for top clashes customer they pay bank for shit like Leonard/Finch.

Anyone been to a small hall show recently?

Last one I went to was local tough v Latvian C throughout the card. It wasn't sport and it wasn't entertainment, it was boring (and 30 quid).

I haven't been back since.

Small hall shows were/are where local kids create their following ... nowadays it’s relied more upon them being part of an Olympic development squad first and the promoter paying off the Bunces to write over hyped pieces on them to create interest.

Giving good fights is what traditionally sold a fighter to the public. But now any old rubbish is regarded as a great fight ... Wilder v Fury for example!
There two very limited guys demonstrated their lack of skill for 12rnds and it gets hailed by the just as useless journalists like Bunce as a great fight!!

It’s a shame that you got rubbish like Joshua demanding multi millions to fight tomato cans - yet you got the Warringtons who’s first priority is wanting to fight the best for the glory and the payday is secondly important.

19 million at a time of 4 channels and no other ways to watch shows on other platforms; Netflix etc.

3 million is an accurate forecast i reckon
