Brook needs to move heaven and earth to make this fight.
He won’t get a better opportunity to become World Champion again.
It’s a 50/50 fight, which are far better odds than the other champs at the weight.
IF he wins. He has a belt which helps in securing a cash-out fight.
Improves the money for a Khan fight. Also paves the way for a couple of easy payday defences in Sheffield.

They'd still offer Hurd a unification, which would be the cash out fight.. Take place in the UK most likely.
