He can punch too and he can box a lot better than Wilder. If you forced me to put my money down I'd probably go for Wilder but it's by no means a gimme. It's never going to happen anyway because no matter what Hearn offers him it would appear the baddest man on the planet don't want no smoke with Mr Whyte.
New year, same hate filled bullshit. I was hoping your resolution was to stop making an ass of yourself posting g about wilder. That's a shame.
Wilder doesn't want to fight him, that should be obvious even to you. Can't speak the truth around here coz that's hate, right.
That's laughable. Ike every post you make on him. You're a buffoon on all things wilder. Everything else you're even keeled. Oh well, keep firing your bullshit and I'll keep laughing at you.

With Fury and potentially AJ coming up for Wilder, Whyte shouldn't be in any discussions about fighting him. Not yet anyway.

Wilder will clearly fight anyone, anywhere. Eddie wanted options for obvious reasons. Deontay and al wouldn't do that for any fight. But some drunk on Facebook could say wilder assaulted his 4 year old sister and slim would be all over it.

@Oogie: That hasn't always been the case and I'm not sure that it is now. Clearly he isn't interested in a unification with Joshua he has said so repeatedly, and he has admitted that Joshua the coward is begging to fight him. He wants to fight Fury but Fury has no belt and he doesn't want the Wilder rematch now ond certainly not in the US..
So if he won't Joshua and Fury won't fight him then most likely it's time to take Breazeale off the shelf and dust him off.
I don't hate Wilder but I'm not blind and I don't have to like what he's doing. I want to see the unification. The date is set, the stadium is booked, FFS let's start the talking. If you don't believe me when I say that I'm pretty much past caring.
@OTO You actually believe that don't you? Take his balls out of your mouth, man . The unification is right there and if you believe the figure being banded around on the net, the current offer is $ 28m. No I can't vouch for that obviously .

Fair enough Candy. I see it as Wilder wants to beat Fury first and then fight AJ for unification. Regarding the past and Whyte, I won't pretend to know what a fighter is thinking. I remember Hearn telling Wilder to fight Whyte before he would have his fight with AJ and we never saw that take place. Perhaps that is what you are referring to. For the record, I don't see you having hate for Wilder. Not sure why OTO feels that way. Ciao!

Not that there is anything wrong with that. I've hated tons of fighters. I just would never pretend I didn't or let it cloud my objectivity like slim does.

Sorry, I don't see it. I'm pretty open with my dislike of Miller and I don't see so obviously with Candy and Wilder.

OTO: You won't hear a word against him but you conspicuously offer no explanation for his odd choices like why he turned down double his best payday (actually 3x because I think the Povetkin money is still tied up in legal proceedings, yes?) so if Whyte is food for Wilder why not pick up the biggest and easiest pay-check of your life?
He is all about the legacy right? It aint naver been about the money (So what's the hold-up?) All I wanna do is prove I'm the the best, one name, one face, one champion. Oh purleeeze ... spare me. Joshua is begging you, he's offering you probably more than your total career earnings to-date or pretty damn close, and you're happy to kick the opportunity into touch. Soon Joshua will be tied up with mandatory commitments and you'll come out of the woodwork calling him coward for fighting Pulev or someone else instead of unifying with you.
There are none so dumb as those who are desperate to believe.

I already stated why in this very thread. However, with you....Wilder had povetkin test position e to cost himself money and time....Did the samething to Ortiz while ducking whyte out of fear.....Wilder would never fight fury except for thinking he wasn't ready....If he rematches fury, completely proving you wrong, he's ducking whyte and aj. I couldn't care less about wilder, I only cheer for him at all because of posters like you. I don't think youre dumb, just blinded by an unrelenting hate that you don't even understand yourself. I've been calling aj the best heavyweight in the world for many years. He's still my favorite. Doubt I'll call him, or any fighter past Andre Dirrell, a coward anytime soon.

If itmakes you happy OTO but I like him a lot more than I did pre-Ortiz. He's an exciting fighter, no one entertains me more in the ring than Wilder. I could forgive him for ducking if he stopped all this sh1t about proving he's the best like we're all gullible.
