He's mandatory for Hurd so let's see if he fights him or ducks him. Gonna look bad for him if he ducks while Khan fights Crawford. My guess is Brook v Vargas next. No faith in Brook taking a tough fight.

Brook has only got himself to blame. Khan is right when he says Brook hasn't had a big win since Porter.

Instead of going for the big fights he wasted time fighting the likes of Donut Dan and Frankie Gavin after he beat Porter.

Even before the Porter fight he had no big wins. Except possibly Senchenko who at least was a former world champ.

40 fights and Brook has just ONE good, top ten name on his resume.

He can sit back and watch Khan make a few million testing himself against one of the best,while he lines up another poor opponent who nobody has any interest in.Khan really has played with Brook and made him look like a fool and for once i agree with Khan.

He needs to get his head down and have a serious go at winning a light middleweight title. Just as the fight with Brook is still there for Khan if he loses to Crawford the same applies if Brook picks up a light middleweight title.



But if he's not serious about light middleweight he should retire. His recent form has been poor.

Brook weakened himself last time out making a low weight with the Khan fight in mind, now that's gone he can allow his body to be at 154 where it should be.

Brook also came into the fight with probably the wrong mindset, especially compared to the opponent who came to give his all. The opponent didn't inspire Brook, but Brook inspired the opponent.....never a good situation. Brook was up for Rabchenko, but he didn't have the same fear/respect for Zerafa.

That said he wasn't far off blowing the fella out of there inside a round. That he had such early success probably added to his over confidence and of course it turned into a struggle.

But Brook still has gas left in the tank and is a threat to beat anyone at 154. The top dogs at 54 are good but none are monsters.

Tony Harrison for the WBC title at 154 would be a decent move & Harrison has stated he is open to that fight, but whether it can be made is another thing, obviously.

Khan might lack boxing iq but hes doesnt lack business savvy! Brook and khan will still happen its past its sell by by around 3 years now

Jermell said there was a rematch clause. Should happen within 4 months.

remember.....hearn chooses brooks opponents, along with brook and his stepdad (manager). so therefore...its eddies fault aswell

Of course. Matchroom have their own matchmaker too.. let’s not forget, they might present him the fighters, it’s Brook who says yes. All parties are to blame. They all play their part.
