Yeah suppose you need a bit for everyone
Canelo is definitely #1 are you kidding? No doubt. Wait, you were talking about the rankings of most fraudulent scores by judges in history or did I misread something somewhere?Onetimeonly wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 17:38Yup, in he isn't there already he's very close to the all-time Mexican top 10. Definitely higher than finito who people adore with that weird I'm going to overrate a strawweight to prove I care about them syndrome.
Tell us how you really feel...Boxerbeetle wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 18:53 Pity Canelo is a scumbag drug cheat, I could quite like him otherwise.
ElJefe wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 21:28 Derevyanchenko is a good fighter who'd beat plenty of good middleweights. That was a tough fight but a very good win for Jacobs imo. That said, he hasn't reached the level of performance from when he fought Golovkin. Maybe that was a once in a lifetime type performance. Maybe he's on the slide. Maybe he needs the fear factor. Either way, he's a very good fighter who possesses plenty of attributes that have given Canelo trouble before. Good mover, quick feet, quick hands, reach advantage etc. Was hit plenty by Sulecki and Derevyanchenko though, he doesn't want to be taking those shots off Alvarez.
Still pissed about streaming costing more money?caldo2025 wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 18:50Canelo is definitely #1 are you kidding? No doubt. To all, thank you for all your support you give to the best sport in the world. Let’s enjoy the holidays and can’t wait to announce Canelo’s opponent for May. #UWillBeShocked
I’ve given marching orders to my president @makeawar to start talks with @GGGBoxing #CaneloGGG3 @ringmagazine @UnivisionSports @DAZN_USA @espn @Canelo @GGGBoxing @GoldenBoyBoxing
It kind of seems like he was pretending that he had a plan all along, but didn't really have a plan all along.May 4 #CaneloJacobs is signed. Done deal! The best fights continue for @goldenboyboxing in 2019 on @dazn_usa. #CincoDeMayoWeekend #ChampionVSChampion #boxing
De La Hoya always stated that GGG wouldn't be Canelo's next opponent and Daniel Jacobs has always been the favourite to share the ring with the Mexican during his next outing.Lackeos wrote: ↑18 Jan 2019, 01:05 De La Hoya progression over time:

Definitely. I hope he doesn't go away after last loss to Jacobs. It's a shame that he turned 33 just a few days after his title shot. He might not have too long left, but I think he's got another run in him. Andrade vs Derevyanchenko is a toss up.lazboy wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 22:34ElJefe wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 21:28 Derevyanchenko is a good fighter who'd beat plenty of good middleweights. no doubt devrrvyanchko is a top middleweight.
I thought Derevyanchenko vs Culcay was being made. That's a decent first fight on the way back. Doesn't sound like Derevyanchenko's going away. He's got plenty left in the tank. He's only 33.ElJefe wrote: ↑18 Jan 2019, 17:38Definitely. I hope he doesn't go away after last loss to Jacobs. It's a shame that he turned 33 just a few days after his title shot. Yes, hope he stays dedicated and the loss doesn’t define him however as you say the clock is ticking. He’s a top opponent, would give the champs tough fights as he did Jacobs. Keen to seem him return...to a high level only. No time to muck around.ElJefe wrote: ↑18 Jan 2019, 17:38Definitely. I hope he doesn't go away after last loss to Jacobs. I think it'll be close. These are two really good fighters and Jacobs has a significant size and reach advantage. Unless I'm missing something, it should be a great fight. I can't make a call yet.tiny_acres wrote: ↑18 Jan 2019, 23:00 I'm hoping Jacobs can find the same form he had vs GGG. But I doubt it. So I predict Canelo by a fairly wide decision
