I think that’ll happen next. He could make a splash in the States. They’ll hype the Miller fight big time.
On a slight side note, how big is James Corden over there? We are led to believe he’s conquering America with his chat show, but I find that highly unlikely!
I ask because Joshua will be on that immediately if and when his US debut is announced.
Corden isn't very big here, at least it seems. I don't particularly like that sort of show. It seems to be contrived in the way they try to be outrageous and/or hip, like the Cardi B. Episode.
Corden is a fvcking wanker of the highest order. Silly fat bastard
he seems a bit "made up." Full of himself for sure.

And I thought I was the only one that thought a fat bloke being fat wasn't particularly funny .

Joshua is still massively popular, and Fury is still not particularly popular, no matter what it might seem like on a niche forum like this one.
So if this comes to fruition, Big Baby Miller can find himself on the outside looking in. He'll need to get a fight that he can make a statement in and get himself some more allure. If not, he will find himself outside for a long time, given AJ/Whyte in April and same for Fury/Wilder with winner to face AJ in the Fall. That's an entire year. January 18th bout cancellation coming back to bite him on his big fat tush.

It will be Whyte, always was the plan.
Miller will get AJ after but all the talk next is solely being used to drive down Whytes high demands.
More interested in Miller even though it will be an easy win. Only to see 300 lbs being flattened.

It's only funny if they don't think it is.

I have a sick facination to see Miller knocked down, not that I have anything against him- he is what he is- but I want to see 300 lbs hit the canvas and watch the ring ropes quiver.
I'm sure I'm not alone in this

Didn't the wwe do a thing with two huge wrestlers going down and the whole ring collapsed?! I'll have to look that up!

It's an odd situation when a champ is struggling to find someone to fight him!
Looks like Fury and Wilder is going to happen again, Whyte wants top dollar, Hearn is even now trying to promote Usyk to #1 to put leverage on Whyte.
I suppose Hearn needs to put his hand in his pocket, Tyson opponents were getting millions 30 years ago before PPV

Not so much struggling to find someone to fight AJ, more about struggling to find someone who will fight him for bottom dollar.

Agreed but the fights that really sell are when it's clear who the Champ should be fighting (not just Joshua). The public want to know who #1 is and him openly 'looking for an opponent' automatically diminishes interest in the fight.
Whyte's problem is AJ has beaten him already = low interest in a rematch, and Miller is unknown.
If I was Joshua's manager I wouldn't be giving cash away when these guys are saying they want to challenge the champ and aren't mandatory. Surely Whyte made a good few quid in his last few fights, culminating in headline PPV. He doesn't need the money and has got a chance to make him #1, is it back to the money then? He might be getting less than the Chisora fight but he was equal if not higher draw in that fight. He is being given a shot, I don't get why the hate is for Joshua. No matter who he fights he gets a raw deal in the media like it's money for him.
Plus Tyson's opponents were cutting deals with Don King and lord knows what money was going where. Whyte is no more a contender than any of Tyson's opponents and will no doubt be getting millions also.

I think whyte despite all his talk is happy to have a couple more ppv events with him being the main attraction. Fights with Ortiz and Breazeale seem the way to go to me.
He'll get the chance to improve more and cement his standing, in what are fights he should win. Or he risks it all Vs Joshua. I don't think he'll beat Joshua. He was comprehensively beaten last time out. I can't see a different result.

Yes but will this be with Hearn or not? Will Hearn be willing to give up his B side?
Maybe if Whyte is lost Dave Allen will be the main event in PPV's and end up getting the AJ fight! Allen would take the fight for 500k

I'm definetly not a AJ nuthugger ,, but it does seem to me , there all using his name and profile to get themselves a name and profile of his back .
Start with AJ - Wilder , how many times does AJ have to tell them if they want it they got it , at 60-40 , now since when does Wilder deserve more than that , he had one defining fight , got through on the skin of his teeth , then took o a big out of shape not fought for 2 years Fury , he lost in most peoples eyes , and lets have it right only took the fight because he thought Fury would be a easy fight , fast forward , he needs to do it again and redeem himself , but will he , they spoke at lenght how easy it was to make the first fight , but it seems the second fight is'nt so easy , Wilder all of a sudden wants the bigger purse and home town advantage AGAIN . Does Wilder really want the rematch , i'm not so sure
AJ - FURY ,,, well this one should be easier to make , a 60-40 split to AJ , is a very fair offer , a couple of years ago Tyson could'nt sell bugger all , after the Wilder fight he's more marketable and , worth 60-40 but lets have it right he's the challenger not the holder of belts , get 60-40 have a go at the belts , and then he can go offer 75-25 to challengers and still not make the same money has 60-40 with AJ will make .
Whyte , now here is a joke , he says he's being offered chump change , what the fook , he'll make more than he's ever made at even 75-25 , or 70-30 , whats he done , beat a ordinary not even trained Brown , couple of wins over the gatekeeper Chisora , win over a viking looking for a payday , , not excatly set the world on fire opponents , but thinks he's worth equal billing and 60-40 splits ,
Its really got me stuffed with these guys they don't want to be the champ undisputed , they want the champ money , win or lose , . If i was Hearn i would cut Whyte loose let him see if another promoter is willing to put him on PPV against a good opponent oRTIZ , pOLETVKIN , OR EVEN mILLER , , then let Fury - Wilder battle it out and see the losers stock go down , then over them a crack at the champ for 60-25 ,, Me thinks there all out smarting themselves with greed , but failing to remember AJ HAS THE BELTS

Yeah but boxing doesn't work like that.
Each fight is a separate proposition with its own value. What someone has earned before has nothing to do with it.

does Miller have any kind of fanbase in the USA?
I cant see what he's done to earn a shot at one of the alphabets.
Whyte and Fury would be great.
miller or Pulev would be ok but not anywhere near as exciting.

Looking like we will know after the weekend. Or maybe not.
Eddie juggling plates again.
Im pretty sure it's between Miller and Whyte. Definitely not Wilder.
