not seen tyan in the gym for many months. although in fairness im only there about once a month myself.

It's the way the world has gone now though, if people have a beef with you, rather than have a go at you, they'll get personal and have a go at your family as well and then when they get called out on it they try and defend themselves by calling it "just banter" and saying the world has gone PC.
