The "Biggest fight" I can come up with was a 2007 bout between "King Of The Four Rounders" Eric "Butterbean" Esch, at 417.5 lbs, vs. Joe Siciliano, at 313.5 lbs.

That's a whopping 731 lbs!!

That canvas much have been under serious stress!!

Top 5 in the history of the sport?
I mean, can we name many more bigger heavyweight fights? I can't think out more then a handfull actually. Can any of you guys? Will there come any bigger heavyweight fight any time soon?
I'd say it's number 3 all-time after David Haye V Mark De Mori and Riddick Bowe V Billy Zumbrun.

I almost didn't bother to open this thread. I read the thread title and saw who wrote it, and I thought this guy is going to get shredded (and rightly so).

It seems to me he suffers from a kind of masochism where hhe gets off on being abused in print maybe verbally too.

Getnada is like the plaque in your arteries. All he does is clog the boards.

I welcome his presence on this board a lot more than the plaque in my arteries.

That might not be much consolation but that might just turn out to be the kindest comment he's likely to receive today :maybe:

I always wonder about people's motivation. I bet Miller and/or Joshua KO'd Getnada's boys horizontal. :OhYes:

Compared to Fury v Schwarz it’s the biggest heavyweight fight of all time. To be fair though, compared to Fury v Schwarz, Wilder v Breazeale is a monster fight

TBH I think Fury vs anyone with a rank is a bigger fight then Wilder vs Breazeale.
I think you and Schwarz would be the most anticipated fight around here.

I just bought a ticket to this so even if it’s not one of the top 5 of the year, I hope Miller lasts more than a couple of rounds... Really hope I didn’t waste my money.

The Holmes/shavers rematch was watched by 46 million Americans. Roughly 20% of the entire country. Holmes wasn't even considered popular!
