One of my favorite entrances for the first Eubank fight. In the Air Tonight and Dangerous.

Deacon Blue- Real gone Kid just come on the radio and I instantly associate it With Paul Smith as every time I seen him fight this was his walk out music. Same with 'all of the lights' and Kell brook. just seeing if anyone else has this with any fighters
Big time. Never heard that tune before Derry played it on walk on . One of my favourite though I not big Derry fan nothing against him

Not many boxers stick with one song.
Chris Eubank - Simply The Best David Haye - Aint No Stopping Us Now
He nicked it off Larry Holmes

Carl Thompson – I've Got The Power (Snap)
Lennox Lewis – The Big Payback (James Brown) in Rahman II
Naz – I remember coming out to Let Me Show You (Camisra), and I always associate that with the early Naz era
More recently George Grove used both Spitfire (Prodigy) and Paint it Black

Once a boxer has used a song it is off limits to all others forever?
Perhaps Haye 'stole' it, perhaps he sees it as a tribute, maybe Holmes didn't enter his mind at all.
Regardless, that is. now a song that many would associate with Haye.

I know, mate; was being lighthearted.
Holmes and ANSN might actually be the first ever example.

Dillian, Jaws and Back in Black. Benn snr and the tolling bells. Tony Bellew and Z Cars. Wlad and Can't Stop. I like when a fighter sticks with the same music, it adds something.

Definately, when Eubank's fanfare used to kick off before Simply the Best the heart would start to beat a bit faster, hairs on the back of the neck would stand up etc..... and yes used to have the same when the intro to "aint no stopping us now" would kick in for Haye.
I'd always associate Naz with "oops there it is".

Indeed, Naz probably still says that.

Glenn Catley, the forgotten world champion, sang his own song.
