Bit of digging with Google and I came up with this interview with Eubank shortly after he started with Sky.
Seems his first fight on Sky was with Amaral.
Apparently a third fight with Benn, then a clash with James Toney were already on the cards.

I was at the second Benn V Eubank fight, after the draw was announced the buzz in the crowd around me and my friends was apart that Benn had been robbed that there must be a third fight. This of course never happened.
