He's only half an inch taller than Golovkin. And the Kazakh is much more muscular than the Brit. Yet bizarrely, no one claims that GGG is a "giant middleweight".
I think Ricky is talking out of his áss!
I referred to height and physique, but you prefer to lie, by pretending I said otherwise, since it creates the illusion you've undermined a blatantly misrepresented version of my claim. You're employing dishonest debating tactics.
Fergus: BJS isn't a giant middleweight because I know of 2 middleweights who are bigger.Enlightened-One wrote: ↑21 May 2019, 09:48 Billy Joe isn't a "giant middleweight" and nor is David Lemieux.
Danny Jacobs and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. are/were giant middleweights.
No, I mentioned GGG. I also named Eubank Jr.

It was a one-off bout, taken at short notice, after a year of inactivity and without an official weight. He was also very fleshy and carrying a lot of flab.

A lot of middleweights reydrate to 175lbs+ by th time they enter the ring. Billy Joe didn't have to make an official weight for that bout either.
• Daniel Geale was 182lb for the Miguel Cotto bout
• Golovkin was 174lbs against Maritrosyan and 173lbs versus Rubio
• Matt Korobov was 174lbs against Andy Lee
• Marco Antonio Rubio was 182lbs against GGG
• Uzcategui was 175lbs versus Korobov
• Gabriel Rosado was 175lbs against Peter Quillin
• Chavez Jr. was 180lbs against Zbik
• Kelly Pavlik was 178lbs for the Sergio Martinez bout
• Lemieux was 179lbs versus O'Sullivan
Once again, you've not proven that Billy Joe Saunders is a "giant middleweight".
