If they had given the decision to Fury it would have been just a run-of-the-mill hometown decision, no robbery, and nothing to get excited about.
I'm glad they didn't because he didn't punish Parker but made him miss all night long, and landed more scoring punches. The fact is they could have given it to the Brit without too much complaint but they didn't.

Hughie would make more sense. Tyson would beat Martin pretty easily.

That didn't stop them from giving Shwartz a shot at Tyson.jujigatame wrote: ↑14 Jul 2019, 17:31Hughie would make more sense. Tyson would beat Martin pretty easily.
With a Wilder rematch looming next year, easy opponents are to be expected for Tyson Fury.
That's why Martin would be on the Fury list.

Has Tyson fought a southpaw who can actually put up a scrape?SenorPipino wrote: ↑14 Jul 2019, 17:48That didn't stop them from giving Shwartz a shot at Tyson.jujigatame wrote: ↑14 Jul 2019, 17:31

What I mean is I think the decision went the right way but if they were looking to give it to the home fighter, they had plenty of opportunity. Many would have disagreed with the decision, but I doubt anyone would have been up in arms. It was a very close fight.oogiebe wrote: ↑14 Jul 2019, 14:55Candy - you know I love you, but every once in a while you make me go "HUH?"candyslim wrote: ↑14 Jul 2019, 14:52 What, like he did against Parker you mean?
