The Rabbit could jump in it's hole.
Floyd's lack of punchpower would make it hard for him, but he does have the style to trouble a 35 year old Tszyu. I think it would be a close fight, could turn out a bit like Pernell Whittaker against Azumah Nelson, though Tszyu has better skills than Azumah, who was a bit wild with his punches.

I really dont give Hatton much of a chance at all against Tszyu. I think he'd be stopped in 2 or 3 rounds, Hatton has never been in with a real puncher and the way he ships right hands coupled with Tszyu's sledgehammer right spells early night for Hatton I reckon.
Even more convinved now that fight wont happen dont think Hatton/Warren will fancy it as much as Ricky was saying on Sky yesterday once the dust settles.

Harris could take Kostya. I'd win a few quid on that fight I reckon. I heard that Harris was towering over Zoo after the fight when they were together.

Hatton would get knocked out !
Tsyzu was very good - no way Hatton wins if KT fights like that - too strong !
Fighting Superfeathers and Lightweights will nt prepare Wrickkkaayyyy for a KT fight !

I was surprised at this result I was one of those who wondered if Tsyzu would be the same as before because of inactivity glad to say I was wrong he was pretty awesome and a tough fight for Hatton if it happens. One thing that the Hitman has on his side I think is youth if (and its a big if) he can take Tsyzu's shots he has a chance to outwork him beacause I think in long fights the Aussie/Russian can be outworked. But I think Tsyzu will take a differient route he wants to earn big bucks and the guys he can provide that are Gatti and Mayweather or he may move up against Spinks. Good to see him back.

its an absolute DREAM to believe Hatton has any chance with Kosta...
Like i said the other day Hatton has NEVER fought anyone who can punch except a 40 year old, weight crippled Vince Philips.
Hatton is used to fighting Lightweights where as Tyszu in more like a welter weight strength and power wise.
He is also technically very sound and will have a game plan ready should they ever meet

One thing that would work to Hatton's advantage is that his style would take away some of Tszyu's leverage. It's hard to get full extension on your shots when someone is leaning on you drilling your ribs.
However, I don't know that Tszyu would allow that to happen.

To be fair to Hatton, Tackie carries a serious dig on him...

That's true, but you have to question his level of ambition by the time he got to Hatton. He hadn't looked good in a while. Tackie was a good opponent for Ricky at that stage of his career, similar challenge to N'Dou for Cotto, but he is a limited fighter, unlike Kostya, who has a boxing brain as well as brawn.

i agree to a certain extent...if you literally stand in front of him and let him bomb away he will hurt you...Hatton has good footwork and didnt let this happen.....
Tyszu has a great punch and has the ability to land it repeatedly

Spot on!
And it was a joy to watch a master at work.

Ricky will have watch his own ribs. Lets not forget Tszyu has some of the hardest bodypunches in boxing himself. Huge difference in Tackies right hand and Tszyu's, Tszyu's is way faster laser guided. He lifted up Mitchell a bit off the canvas also with a hookercut. Like a half hook uppercut. He throws it directly after the right hand and used to do it as an amatuer as well.

Well I still standby my opinion that given the oppertunity Hatton would raise his game and give Tszyu the fight of his life.

I honestly see Tszyu walking right through Hatton. Hatton has never really faced anyone who fights back and goes toe to toe. For him to lean on Tszyu and work the body he is going to leave his chin out. Tszyu is no slouch with his feet either he'll suck Hatton onto that right hand. I really dont see it going more than 3 or 4 rounds. Being tagged occasionally by Tackie and surviving a Tszyu attack are worlds apart.
No shame in that I guess as Tszyu is an exceptional fighter, I really think Hatton & Warren will be looking elsewhere. To get Tszyu to come over and fight Hatton they will have to pay him loads and Hatton will get peanuts. After that performance at the weekend do you really see Hatton taking peanuts to get in with him?? Not a chance.
