Agreed. He's a lovely guy and he'll fight anyone, but he was outclassed by Yoka. That doesn't mean he couldn't rank above Yoka of course, but it would require something pretty impressive and a KO of the oft beaten David Price is not it.

In case of Allen... i think that he needs one win more after beating Price, and it should be a bigger win than Browne or Price. For now, the candidates for top 15 will be the winners of Joyce vs Jennings and Dubois vs Gorman.
Allen is taken into consideration, that is why he is mentioned in the ''worth of mention fights and fighters'' section, let's see who he will fight next. I have no doubts that he will defeat Price.
