I mean, I feel like AJ could announce that he has to take a big nutty sh!t and some people would comment on how it reflects that he's a mentally beaten fighter

As I've said more than once, it's not just this comment. It's similar to his comment after the Wlad fight. Maybe we should have the stenographer read it back?

Ok, this comment seems like an obvious joke to me and seemingly everyone else though, I don't see why much would be taken from it. If he was that much of a wimp would he be immediately rematching the guy who beat him? And he'd had some adversity he'd dealt with before yet has consistently kept fighting good opposition

To me the fight itself will be the most telling. Again, I'd prefer he stop all these media appearances and get to work. Let his fists do the talking. No need for lucky punches from God; not being properly motivated; wanting to fight easy opponents; not wanting to be in a war again...etc.

That was a flat post. No emotion. Relax. I'm just pointing out that I look at more than a one-off statement. Shvt! I could be completely wrong, but I don't believe it's way out of line, as you infer. I simply don't think the lad has his head on straight...still.

LOL! Just for the record, and I've said it before, boxing would be better off if AJ wins the rematch. It sets up more interesting fights than if Ruiz does. I don't give Andy much chance against Wilder and Fury.
