Noticed Franks opponent is an ex world title challenger and only lost on a SD. Wee dude might be better than his record suggests...

Could be right, looking at his record he has shared the ring with a few useful fighters.

I like Frank and rate him but I thought he struggled in his last fight against Dipaen and had it a draw myself, looking through Tecuapetla's record hes been in with some great fighters and pushed them close, as mentioned above lost a tight decision against Yaegashi for the world title, also pushed Milando and Rosales close, got KO''d by current champ Martinez as well, also noticed he had a win and a loss over Beamon who fought Estrada recently

Solid opponent for Frank and maybe moving down to Flyweight will suit him

I was thinking of backing the Mexican. Glad I forgot.

Quite a decent first round. Plenty thrown and landed.

Frank takes a lot of punishment, fun fighter though

I had Frank winning 98-92, he was the much sharper fighter, Tecuapetla never stopped coming forward but he was slow and winged his punches so Frank was able to slip most of what was coming to him and get off his own combinations, he moved better and as well, quick jab and some decent work downstairs, no drama but a comfortable win for Frank against a solid fighter

 no doubt. He came to win but he was pretty slow with no subtlety/feints, lots of telegraphed wide hooks with no jab whatsoever.

2 decent matches :TU: Particularly good win for Josh Wale.

Freesports need to extend the length of their screenings, they are cutting the shows way too early while the action is still playing out.
