Sam Peter is horribly overrated by boxrec's relatively new and ridiculous rating formula. Makhmudov is, of course, underrated, since he hasn't actually done anything yet. This match-up will correct a lot of these rating inaccuracies. But it won't provide very good boxing spectacle.
