Mad how given all the money supposedly floating around, all the TV stations about, and Eddie supposedly growing the sport into something that's better than we've ever seen, we have Saunders, Smith, Brook and the likes all fighting shite while withering on the vine.

Heard that Liam Williams has been improving massively. Last year Ryder was rewarded for his improvements and he proved his worth in that close and bruising fight with Smith.
Can Williams be a factor; will he get his shot at something in 2020?

If Canelo was to fight Smith I’d be amazed if they didn’t put a rehydration clause in. Probably try and put a catch weight in aswell.
A lot easier for him to stack the odds in his favour.
But I’d quite like to see BJS son hit Canelo in the balls on Cinque De Mayo.

Don't know that team BJS would be so uppity as a tiny B side away from home

looking like BJS will be chosen by canelo , in preference to smith .
Maybe seen as less dangerous .
If he stopped being such a knob in the ring I would watch it but I doubt he ever will

I thought there’d be a weight stipulation with Kovalev and was surprised when there wasn’t. Obviously Kovalev’s age and vulnerabilities (stopped by Ward and Eleider Alvarez; coming off an exhausting war with Yarde) we’re sufficient advantages already.
Think Callum’s vulnerabilities vs Ryder would be enough for Canelo to not have any special requests. Although Ryder posed more risk than reward, in hindsight, considering he’s a southpaw, his improvements in the past year or so, etc etc. Canelo definitely has different strengths and weaknesses, to Ryder, admittedly. And likely we’d see a different Smith vs Canelo. But I’m sure Canelo’s team would like not only now worrying it seemed on the scorecards, but also how distressed Smith looked in that final round. I don’t think Alvarez would have any rehydration clause - especially given the way Alvarez has rehydrated at 154 and 160; eg enough to keep his fight night weight confidential. After testing light heavy, I reckon he’d want to be a “big” super middle. Although that could make him even more slow on his feet.

Was just reading that there and it made me smile. Horrible prick of a man. They should give Ryder the rematch he deserves. That'll piss Tesco off even more
