Johnson is hugely overrated, you know it's weak when the guys who bash the eye test are going by the eye test on very limited footage of a guy from 1910

Completely agree. And nothing from the limited existing footage shows some elite monster.

Who bashes the eye test?
Johnson was not the type of guy who was aggressive and went out for eye popping knockouts. Watch what he does though. He knows how to hit without being hit very much himself.
There are a lot of guys that are pretty close after Louis. Johnson has to be in the mix somewhere.
